Your eKomi allows you to have multiple accounts in a flexible way. All these accounts can be different touch points, or different urls etc. You may want to combine these into a single account so that you can have a combined reviews/feedback feed for all your accounts. In that case, you can enable the aggregation account functionality and then get a single feed for all your accounts.
When do you need aggregation account: When you want to combined all your reviews into a single feed.
When do you NOT need an aggregation account: When you simply wants statistics or insights into you account. You can already do this through our Pulse Reports.
