By default, the Feedback Engagement application offers a view on total counts - which means the overall number of surveys/reviews and rating/NPS score.

However, we now offer a more advanced way for you to extract information from your reviews: Dynamic Counts.

In a nutshell, once enabled, the Dynamic Counts section will allow you to easily and quickly get this data based on your own input. In practical terms, this means that you will be able to know the number of surveys/reviews and rating/NPS score based on your search requests (a timeframe, for example).

All numbers in the Dynamic Counts section will change according to your search requests - it's that easy. In the background, we use a powerful search framework to aim at efficiency and speed even over large amounts of data.
